Key strengths: Sergio brings extensive experience of international and multi-channel retailing to his role as Chief Executive Officer. Sergio worked for Amazon.com, Inc. where he served as Vice President, Amazon Fashion Europe since 2013. Previously he was General Manager, Retail and e-commerce Worldwide, at Puma, and prior to that held retail roles at Nike and Inditex, where he led the start-up of its lingerie retail brand Oysho.

Steven Cook joined Debenhams in January 2018 as Managing Director for Fashion and Home responsible for our business unit that oversees the organisation’s buying, design and merchandising divisions for these categories as it continues to implement the Debenhams Redesigned Strategy.
Steven sits on the business’ executive committee. Previously he was at Holt Renfrew, most recently as Chief Merchant. Prior to that Steven worked at Sears Canada. His retail, fashion and manufacturer experience spans a number of leading brands including Calvin Klein, Badgley Mischka as well as Polo Ralph Lauren, J. Crew and Nike
Richard Cristofoli joined Debenhams in March 2011 as Marketing Director responsible for our Advertising, CRM, Insight, Creative and PR functions. Richard sits on the business’ executive committee. In October 2017 his remit was extended to cover the Beauty Trading Division and in January 2019 he also took responsibility for Debenhams’ online business. Before joining Debenhams he was at WHSmith for six years, latterly as Group Marketing Director- working across both High Street and Travel divisions. Prior to that Richard worked at Sainsbury’s where he held a number of key marketing roles.
